For ski wear, find fabric that is both wind and water resistant. Dress in layers using quality clothing, so as to accommodate the body’s changing temperature. Polypropylene underwear is great as it absorbs sweat, dries quickly, and feels great on the skin. Also get a hat or headband, as these prevent heat loss through your head.
